PRESENTER ATTENDANCE
Standard Oral, Poster, Lightning, and Personal Experience Presentations: I confirm that the Presenting Author will register in full to attend the conference by April 2, 2025 if this submission is accepted.

Symposium Presentations: I confirm that the Chair, Discussant, and all Presenting Authors will register in full to attend the conference by April 2, 2025 if this submission is accepted.

Workshops: I confirm that the Workshop Organizers and Presenters will register in full to attend the conference by April 2, 2025 if this submission is accepted.

PERMISSION TO PUBLISH
Standard Oral, Poster, Lightning, and Personal Experience Presentations: I give ISAZ permission to publish my submission description, abstract, and author information in conference proceedings.

Symposium Presentations: I give ISAZ permission to publish my submission description, abstracts, and author information in conference proceedings.
​
Workshops: I give ISAZ permission to publish my submission description, workshop organizers and presenters information in conference proceedings.

PERMISSION TO RECORD **Updated March 11, 2025**
I grant ISAZ and the host organizers the necessary permissions and rights to record, reproduce, and distribute media in attendance at the conference. This may include images and recordings that may later be posted on the ISAZ or PAWSitive Connections Lab website or social media pages. I acknowledge and understand these materials may be used for both commercial and/or non-commercial purposes.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
The ISAZ Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency, and is applicable to the ISAZ 2025 conference.

Conference registration cancelled on or before May 15, 2025, is refundable but subject to a $50 (US) administrative fee.

Registrants cancelling after May 15, 2025, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.

By registering delegates sign up to the behavioural code of conduct.
